• →Own and execute high-quality visual design for in-app elements and all marketing materials like videos, banners etc.
• →Maintain and enforce strict visual consistency across the entire platform and all user-facing creative assets (campaigns, social, website).
• →Design visual assets for marketing, and in-app use ensuring they align with the design system and brand guidelines.
• →Assist in creating infographics and presentation designs.
• →Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions.

• Student or recent graduate in design/related fields.
• Decent proficiency in Figma, Draw, and other design tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong sense of visual design and color theory.
• A strong portfolio or at least one complete project showcasing visual materials is a differentiator.
• Bonus Points: Knowing how to use and brainstorm with AI tools to enhance and speed up the design workflow.
