We're a high growth, bootstrapped HR tech company building software that helps in house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. That experience starts with implementation.

As we bring on more large, complex customers, we need someone to fully own a high volume of mid market and enterprise implementations from end to end, which is why we're hiring an Enterprise Implementation Manager. You'll steer timelines, manage technical complexity, and lead customers confidently through a high stakes rollout.

The fine print

This is a remote role based in the UK. Our HQ is in Jersey, and most of our team is UK based.
Initially you'll manage 8 to 12 active implementations, scaling to 15 to 20+ as you build efficiency. Most are mid market and enterprise projects, each running an average of 50 days.
Our product is deep, flexible, and genuinely complex. You'll work with customers running intricate, multi tenant workflows and customised hiring journeys, with a wide range of integration needs.
Pinpoint isn't for everyone. We're still in startup mode: fast moving, lean, and sometimes ambiguous. You'll thrive here if you're proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building structure where none exists.
