Expedition Staff

As an Expedition Staff member onboard the cruise ship, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Expedition Leader and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our expeditions. 

- Strong knowledge and passion for the destinations and activities offered on our expeditions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing situations

- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents

- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

- Flexibility to work long hours and irregular schedules, including weekends and holidays
