At least 2 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or employee engagement roles
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable handling multiple onboarding cases simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Experience using HRIS or onboarding systems is an advantage
