Product Manager – Social Insurance & Personal Income Tax

ACG_3792_JOB Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Conduct market, competitor, and customer behavior research to improve the product. Research circulars, policies, regulations, and laws related to human resources. Analyze data and actual customer needs to propose product solutions that deliver high value to customers. Build and develop features for the system. Coordinate with relevant departments, including Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and other related teams, to ensure that the product is developed in the right direction, on schedule, and with the required quality. Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop customers and the market, contributing to the achievement of the company’s business objectives. Coordinate with the Onboarding/Implementation and Customer Service teams to understand how customers use the software and how the implementation process works. Based on these insights, identify ideas and improve the product to shorten implementation time, reduce support requests, increase customer satisfaction, improve product usage, and increase renewal rates. Requirements 1. Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related disciplines from universities such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Academy of Finance, Vietnam National University, or equivalent institutions. At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in an equivalent role/function at a software company. 2. Nice to Have Ability and skills in market research and analysis. Ability to research customer and user psychology, behavior, and habits. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to manage and prioritize requirements. Planning skills, including business planning, implementation planning, product development planning, and related activities. Strong interest in and long-term career orientation toward technology product development, with an interest in using technology to improve work efficiency and a desire to develop products that create value for society. Dynamic and flexible, with an interest in conducting actual implementation activities at customer sites to identify opportunities for product improvement. Candidates with an MBA are preferred.
