Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- →Manage employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
- →Administer employee health benefits and assist with benefit-related questions
- →Supervise and support a small administrative team
- →Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
- →Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- →Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
- →Prepare reports and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Previous payroll experience required; dealership experience is a plus
- Experience with employee onboarding and benefits administration
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
