Czech Ad-Sales Specialist

• →Engage daily with agencies and advertisers through phone, chat, and email
• →Handle a mix of warm inbound leads and outbound outreach with quick, timely follow-ups
• →Understand client needs and recommend the most effective advertising solutions
• →Set up, run, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
• →Monitor performance, spot trends, and proactively improve results
• →Guide clients to the right support when extra expertise is needed
• →Continuously help clients get the best possible outcome from their advertising

• Fluency in Czech and very good knowledge of English
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset with a real drive to hit targets
• Quick learner, tech-savvy and great at working in a team
• Confident problem solver who stays calm under pressure
• Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
