At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience, with strong exposure to audit, general accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close

Experience preparing financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit schedules
Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Xero and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, and Philippine regulatory requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with integrity
