Responsibilities

→Submit and manage dental insurance claims
→Resolve claim denials and submit appeals
→Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts
→Generate billing reports and attend weekly client meetings
→Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on outstanding claims

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent dental billing experience within the past two years
Experience with insurance claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, and appeals
Working knowledge of dental practice management software (Applicants with Experience in rare software like CareStack, AxiUm, Archy, etc are highly encouraged to apply)
Comfortable using Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent required

Candidates must reside in the United States. We are currently unable to hire applicants residing in California or Massachusetts.
