Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Technical degree or university qualification, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Naval, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- →Proven experience in Construction Management / Yard Management roles, preferably within industrial, offshore, naval, Oil & Gas or similar projects.
- →Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary supervision teams and coordinating different technical disciplines.
- →Previous experience supervising fabrication and construction activities in a shipyard or industrial yard environment.
- →Strong knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, planning, progress control and change management.
- →Experience with welding activities, NDT, dimensional control and non-conformance management.
- →Experience in load-out and module transportation operations will be considered an advantage.
- →Strong ability to act as an interface between the client, engineering teams, contractors and project management.
- →Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- →Professional level of English.
- →Willingness to work in a shipyard environment and travel when required by the project.
