This is an hybrid role. We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Specialist who can ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in our office in Kyiv. The role is focused on end-user support, hardware setup, and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

→Experience in IT support / helpdesk (1–3 years preferred).
→Strong knowledge of Windows OS setup and troubleshooting.
→Basic understanding of networking principles (IP, DNS, routers, switches).
→Understanding of how servers operate (basic level; no deep administration required).
→Ability to perform hands-on diagnostics in an office environment.
→Problem-solving mindset and ability to think independently.
→Clear communication skills.
→English at a level sufficient for communication with global teams (B1.2 at least).

Nice to Have

Experience supporting internet equipment (e.g., Starlink or similar connectivity solutions).
