Senior Buyer

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Senior Buyer to lead strategic procurement and supply chain initiatives for the Antcom division. In this position, you will manage supplier relationships, lead sourcing and new product introduction activities, drive cost reduction initiatives, and ensure uninterrupted material flow to support business objectives.

While part of the Operations & Supply Chain team, this position will join a high-performance team focused on optimizing supply chain performance, supporting manufacturing operations, and delivering innovative products to customers around the world. Our customers rely on Hexagon A&P’s industry leading technology when building their own solutions. • →Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• →Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain purchasing or procurement.
• →Minimum 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
• →Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts related to purchasing, logistics, incoming inspection, inventory control, BOM management, and item master setup.
• →Proven experience selecting and managing suppliers for new and existing products.
• →Strong knowledge of SAP, MRP systems, and advanced Excel capabilities.
• →Experience implementing supplier agreements, inventory programs, lead-time reduction initiatives, and long-term agreements.
• →Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• →Must be a U.S. Person as Antcom is an ITAR-registered facility.

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and supplier relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to independently lead projects and drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supply chain and procurement data to support decision making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor and support team members.

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or military manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting engineer-to-order or low-volume, high-mix production environments.
• Professional supply chain certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM.
• Experience leading supplier development and cost reduction initiatives.
• Knowledge of ISO requirements and quality management systems.
• Experience with new product introduction and supplier qualification processes.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $99000 - $139,000 a year.
