Senior Business Development Executive - BPO/KPO

• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Identify and target potential clients across international markets, particularly the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Make regular cold calls and outbound sales calls to decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable BPO/KPO and outsourcing solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and online meetings with prospects.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage prospects through the complete sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate with prospects and independently close deals.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert opportunities into paying clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.
