• →Experience in coordinating and executing operational commodity export shipments in containers, with a focus on products such as cotton and sugar.
• →
  • →Experience managing shipments under FOB, CFR, and CIF Incoterms.
  • →Control, verification, and analysis of operational costs, including invoice validation for payments to warehouses, terminals, and other service providers involved in the operation.
  • →Maintaining and updating cost controls, providing reliable information to support leadership decision-making.
  • →Ongoing coordination and communication with Commercial, Tax, Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Clients, and other related departments.
  • →Ensuring compliance with all export operational deadlines, including documentation draft deadlines and cargo shipment schedules.
  • →Monitoring and validating shipment confirmations with all parties involved.
  • →Maintaining and updating the Comex IA system for shipment tracking and monitoring.
  • →Daily updates of internal controls, management reports, and the ERP system.
  • →Knowledge of port operations, including monitoring container stuffing, validating weight spreadsheets, coordinating loading schedules, and overseeing operational stages.
  • →Monitoring the end-to-end operational flow of shipments, ensuring documentary compliance, operational efficiency, and adherence to customer requirements.

• Bacharelado em Logística, Comércio Exterior, Administração e afins.
• Inglês intermediário ou avançado
• Experiência profissional prévia trabalhando com Exportação de commodities em container.
• Domínio no Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
• Ser uma pessoa de resolutiva, organizada e analítica.
• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Previous professional experience working with containerized commodity exports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
