Responsibilities

- →Handling guest check-in and check-out procedures
- →Receiving and forwarding telephone calls
- →Preparing VIP arrivals and maintaining guest loyalty profiles
- →Managing guest feedback in both German and English
- →Professionally handling guest requests and complaints
- →Ensuring smooth Front Desk and At Your Service operations
- →Coordinating and supporting team members and trainees during shifts
- →Ensuring compliance with service, quality, and company standards
- →Taking on leadership responsibilities within the daily operational business
