Banking Reinvention & Value Engineering Lead

Accenture's AI & Data practice is building the capability that decides where AI is worth deploying in a large enterprise, redesigns the process so the value is real, and proves it landed. We do this in live production environments inside systemic institutions — not in pilots.

We are looking for senior professionals to lead this work: anchored in banking, where the capability is strongest today, and extending it into the industries that share the same enterprise economics — insurance, telecommunications, energy and utilities.

You will lead client-facing teams, own the relationship with senior business stakeholders, and be accountable for the end-to-end chain from value hypothesis to measured outcome.

• →Lead AI-enabled reinvention programmes within major clients, owning scope, quality and commercial outcome

• →Shape and defend investment cases with business-unit leadership, and sequence multi-year reinvention backlogs by value and feasibility

• →Lead end-to-end process and operating model redesign for AI-enabled and agentic processes, including governance and control design

• →Run senior stakeholder workshops and steering forums; manage conflicting priorities across business, technology, risk and operations

• →Establish value governance — stage gates, decision rights, KPI structures, benefit realisation and executive reporting

• →Partner with architects and engineering leadership to pressure-test feasibility, cost-to-build and total cost of ownership

• →Extend proven banking patterns into adjacent industries, and contribute to origination and proposal work

• →Build the capability: mentor analysts and consultants, and contribute to our academy and university talent programmes

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Technology from a leading university

• 6-10 years in consulting, banking, or large-scale transformation, with a track record of leading workstreams or programmes

• Deep expertise in process redesign, operating model design and business analysis

• Proven ability to build and defend business cases and value frameworks with senior finance and business stakeholders

• Strong understanding of AI, agentic systems and data-driven transformation — enough to challenge technical assumptions credibly

• Demonstrated senior stakeholder management and team leadership

• Excellent communication in Greek and English

• Deep domain knowledge in banking (client onboarding, KYC/KYB, lending, payments, custody etc.)

• Experience in regulated environments and with benefits realisation in financial services

• Experience delivering AI or GenAI solutions to production, not only to pilot
• Experience across more than one industry
