The Superintendent II (Project Lead) at Skanska USA Building is a field leadership role focused on managing construction operations, implementing strategy, and driving short-term project results. Reporting to the Senior Superintendent, this position requires regular on-site presence to oversee work, monitor progress, and participate in production, safety, and supervisory meetings. The position also requires ownership of schedule development and management, along with coordination of plans, specifications, and preconstruction planning to keep the project on track.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, plus substantial relevant construction leadership experience. Required background includes safety and QAQC leadership, fit-out or area leadership on larger projects, change order management, subcontractor oversight, schedule updates, and reading plans and specifications.
