Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services by developing and applying technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with organizational goals. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner actively engages in problem-solving activities, leveraging a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, and practical experience to ensure effective and efficient delivery of engineering outcomes. Daily tasks may include coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within engineering projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices to enhance the quality and reliability of engineering deliverables.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Assist in the preparation and review of technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Strong understanding of technical writing principles and documentation standards related to aircraft maintenance.
- Experience in interpreting and applying engineering specifications and regulatory requirements within technical manuals.
- Ability to analyze complex engineering data and translate it into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Familiarity with configuration management processes and quality assurance practices in engineering documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
