Job Summary

We are currently seeking to recruit a Supervisor for our Westin Workout Fitness Studio.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• assisting the HOD in the daily running of the Fitness Studio;
• managing the reception area;
• greeting clients and customers and handling enquiries in person or by phone
• managing phone calls, post and emails
• book-keeping and record keeping of guests visits, active membership as well as data entry into the Westin Workout system.
• maintenance and organisation of records
• supervising and leading other associates

The ideal candidate should meeting the following requirements:

• Minimum of level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing
• being versatile, adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• having good organizational skills as well as good problem solving skills
• Is willing to work weekends and public holidays, and covering early opening shifts and closing shifts
