Facilities Manager

• →Validates that the supervisor is managing the floor and ensures all employees are cleaning to the published TIS standards and working the routes they are assigned.
• →Validates break and lunch schedules to reduce lack of cleaning support.
• →Coaching and developing supervisors assigned to their area.
• →Validating weekly schedules and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• →Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis to validate equipment readiness and request for maintenance support as needed.
• →Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse.
• →Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.

• Coordinate Employee PTO/Vacation Scheduling and Coverage
• Maintain Employee Training Schedules & Records
