About the Role

Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing commercial property budgets of $1M+
Experience with CAM reconciliations, operating expense recoveries, and commercial lease structures
Proficiency in property management software (Corrigo, Yardi, MRI, or similar commercial platforms)
Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Real Estate License required within 6 months after commencement.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

On-site –Corvallis, OR
