Strategic Problem-Solving: Identify, analyze, and solve high-impact business challenges across finance, operations, strategy, and go-to-market activities.

End-to-End Initiative Ownership: Lead strategic projects from initial research and analysis through recommendations, implementation, and performance evaluation.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Support financial modeling, revenue analysis, business planning, forecasting, and other initiatives that inform strategic and operational decisions.

Business and Organizational Development: Contribute to company-building activities, including organizational design, compensation planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, marketing, and other teams to identify growth opportunities, improve coordination, and align business priorities.

Process Development and Optimization: Design, implement, and refine scalable processes and systems that improve efficiency and support continued business growth.

Executive and Investor Support: Prepare financial analyses, strategic presentations, reports, and other materials for leadership meetings, board discussions, and investor communications.
