• Gain exposure to the areas of Recruitment, Training, Payroll, and HR Administration.
• Provide support with a variety of administrative tasks.
• Participate in CASTING CENTERS: Assist in the interview process and accompany candidates from their welcome session through to the completion of their hiring journey.
• Participate in and support internal communication processes, as well as the preparation of team-building activities and employee training sessions.

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting the onboarding process for new employees.
• Managing contract signing and the collection and filing of employee documentation (internal records).
• Handling employee registration and medical leave processes.
