Director of Operations - QSRD

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee multiple quick-service restaurant locations. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, improving profitability, developing restaurant leadership teams, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across all locations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands restaurant operations, takes ownership of financial results, and knows how to develop District Managers and General Managers to drive long-term growth.

• →Oversee daily operations across multiple QSR locations, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• →Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall restaurant performance through effective operational strategies.
• →Monitor P&L statements, labor costs, food costs, inventory, waste, and other key financial metrics.
• →Develop, coach, and hold District Managers and General Managers accountable for meeting performance goals.
• →Recruit, train, and retain strong restaurant leadership teams while building a pipeline of future leaders.
• →Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate operations, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement plans.
• →Improve speed of service, drive-thru performance, order accuracy, guest satisfaction, and overall customer experience.
• →Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
• →Support new restaurant openings, training initiatives, and company growth plans.
• →Analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify trends, address challenges, and improve results across the market.
• →Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and operational initiatives.

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR or fast-casual operations.
• Previous multi-unit leadership experience overseeing multiple restaurants.
• Proven success managing P&L performance, controlling labor and food costs, and driving sales growth.
• Experience leading and developing District Managers, General Managers, and other restaurant leaders.
• Strong understanding of restaurant KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and operational standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
