Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Flexible Part-Time Schedule

With a single-column schedule, 60-minute hygiene appointments, and approximately six patients per day, you'll have the time to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care and help patients take an active role in their oral health.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll play an important role in helping patients maintain healthy smiles while creating a comfortable, positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

• →Providing preventive dental hygiene and periodontal care.
• →Cleaning teeth and assessing patients for signs of oral disease.
• →Performing periodontal assessments and maintaining accurate clinical charting.
• →Completing recare appointments and helping patients stay on track with preventive care.
• →Taking digital dental X-rays as needed.
• →Educating patients about oral hygiene, periodontal health, and home-care recommendations.
• →Communicating clinical findings and patient needs with the doctor and dental team.
• →Supporting comprehensive hygiene services, including applicable adjunctive therapies offered by the practice.
• →Building trusting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care.
• →Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and following applicable clinical standards.
