Temp - Accountant

This is a very interesting career opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the accounting and financial aspects of a business operation. Reporting to the accounting manager the Accountant's primary responsibility is to accurately record financial information. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of identifying issues and providing solutions based on accurate data analysis. • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and local GAAP
• Process 3 way matching (PO/Invoice/Receiving report)
• Maintain procurement process according to company policy and local GAAP
• Check expenses if the cost centers are correct and record it to ERP system
• Concur guidance & training

• Monthly Demo, Fixed asset forecast
• Record the additions and deletions correctly under approved Demo, fixed assets
• Periodical physical count
• Lease Administration

• Month End closing & reporting & reconciliation
• Monthly OMC & SG analysis
• Yearly Inventory AOP Planning

• VAT prepaid Filing & Reporting by quarterly
• Assistance Corporate Income Tax filing
• External, Internal Audit Support
• Support for Transfer pricing(TP) Report Preparation

• S4Hana Global project
• Business integration
• Support other accounting works

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional qualification
• More than 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in a US MNC
• Fluent in English both verbal and writing and strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills such MS office (word, excel, etc)
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude
