Full-Time Live-In Nanny (Boca Raton, FL)

Location: Boca Raton / Deerfield Beach, FL
Compensation: $30/hour
Commitment: Full-time, live-in, long-term
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 45 hours per week

Overview
A warm family in the Boca Raton/Deerfield Beach area is looking for a reliable, flexible live-in nanny to care for their 9-month-old and help keep the home running smoothly. The right person will be the baby’s main caregiver during the day and will keep the house clean and organized as part of the daily routine. The home has a pool, a dog, and a cat. This is a long-term role for someone who is dependable, steady, and ready to become a trusted part of the household.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing daily care for a 9-month-old, including feeding, naps, diapering, and play
• Plan age-appropriate activities that support early development
• Follow the family’s routines and guidelines for meals and daily care
• Keep the home clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day
• Do baby-related laundry and keep the nursery and play areas organized
• Keep a close eye on safety at all times, including around the pool
• Get along well with the family’s dog and cat
• Keep in regular contact with the parents about the baby’s day

Requirements:

• Proven experience caring for infants
• Highly reliable, with excellent attendance and flexibility
• Must be a confident swimmer
• Comfortable with dogs and cats
• Own reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license 
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
• Able to make a long-term commitment
