Responsibilities

As a Mobile Technician, you'll be trusted to:

→Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
→Perform vehicle maintenance services
→Diagnose and resolve vehicle concerns using professional tools and diagnostic equipment
→Explain service recommendations and solutions to customers
→Complete service reports and documentation accurately
→Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
→Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Previous experience as a GM Service Technician, Mobile Technician, or similar automotive service professional
Valid driver's license
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying environments

Mobile or on-site service experience
