Responsibilities

→Practice with full clinical autonomy and provide comprehensive general dentistry and advanced procedures within your scope of practice.
→Develop and present treatment plans that support optimal patient outcomes.
→Deliver exceptional patient care and build lasting patient relationships.
→Collaborate with and lead the dental team to create an outstanding patient experience.
→Support practice growth, patient retention, and a positive team culture.
→Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all clinical and safety standards.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Texas dental license, or eligibility for licensure
Current BLS and or additional registrations, and certifications applicable to your scope of practice
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
