Employees who receive the initial sign-on bonus payment must remain employed for at least 12 months. Employees who voluntarily separate before completing six months of employment will be required to repay the initial bonus payment.

As a member of our Health & Wellness team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our students by:

• →Providing compassionate nursing care in accordance with your state's Nurse Practice Act.
• → Conducting health assessments, walk-in evaluations, and wellness screenings.
• →Assisting with new student physical assessments and health orientations.
• →Reviewing laboratory results and collaborating with the Center Physician or medical provider on follow-up care.
• →Developing individualized wellness plans and educating students on healthy lifestyle choices.
• →Leading wellness education groups and providing one-on-one health counseling.
• →Maintaining infection prevention and control standards, including proper handling of medical equipment and specimens.
• →Accurately documenting student health encounters and maintaining confidential medical records.
• →Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote a safe, healthy, and supportive campus environment.
• →Supporting a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and student success.

• State Licensed Vocational Nurse’s License/Licensed Practical Nurse’s License and one year’s experience as a practicing LVN/LPN.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in state where center is located.
• Prefer two or more years of experience.
