→Financial Wizardry: Manage department within budget, forecasting revenues/expenses, and analyzing financial information for strategic adjustments.
→People Management: Lead and mentor your team, focusing on recruitment, training, performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.
→Quality Assurance: Stay ahead of industry trends, fostering strong vendor relationships, and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
→Business Management: Assist in the preparation of F&B budgets, identify revenue opportunities, and collaborate on vendor selection for quality service.

→Overall leadership of all bar operations across the property
→Beverage program development and innovation
→Revenue growth strategies and outlet positioning

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 2+ years in food and beverage management, preferably in hotels.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and direct a team, with strong time management and negotiation skills.
Financial Acumen: Ability to interpret financial data, create operational plans, and understand the impact of beverage costs on financial statements.
Knowledge Base: Working knowledge of wine, liquor, inventory methods, purchasing, and financial statements.
Communication: Fluent in English, with effective communication skills for engaging with the public and team members.
Legal Requirements: Possession of Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable, and meeting the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.
