Product ManagementProduct Director

As Director of Product, Homeowner & Partner Experience, you will shape the end-to-end digital journeys that help homeowners access financial solutions and enable partners to serve their customers effectively. You will own product strategy across the consumer acquisition funnel, application experience, homeowner portal, post-origination journey, and wholesale partner channel. Reporting to the VP of Product & Engineering, you will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning product management, marketing technology, and product design. You will use customer research, analytics, and experimentation to improve conversion, increase partner adoption, and deliver intuitive, trustworthy experiences. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, you will guide growth initiatives and support business expansion. This is an opportunity to combine strategic product leadership, strong design judgment, and data-driven execution in a remote-first, growth-oriented environment.

  • Own Product Strategy and Roadmaps: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap across the homeowner acquisition funnel, application experience, portal, post-origination journey, and partner-facing digital experiences.

  • Develop the Wholesale Partner Experience: Lead product strategy for partner onboarding, application submissions, pricing displays, transaction workflows, and partner communications to improve usability and adoption across the channel.

  • Drive Business Expansion: Lead product planning for new markets, channels, and growth opportunities, partnering with Legal and Compliance on eligibility requirements, disclosures, and state-specific product variations.

  • Improve Conversion and Growth: Own end-to-end funnel performance, establish an experimentation cadence, diagnose customer drop-off, and collaborate with Analytics, Sales, and Revenue Operations to improve conversion and funding outcomes.

  • Guide Marketing Technology Strategy: Oversee marketing technology priorities, including attribution, lead capture and routing, campaign infrastructure, customer segmentation, and lifecycle communications, ensuring consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.

  • Lead and Develop Product Teams: Coach and support the Homeowner Experience Product Manager, Martech Product Manager, and Senior Product Designer, building a proactive, accountable team focused on high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Strengthen Product Discovery: Establish a robust research and discovery practice for homeowners and partners, using customer insights and evidence to shape roadmap priorities before solutions are defined.

  • Champion Design Excellence: Set a high bar for usability, consistency, and visual quality across consumer and partner experiences, ensuring product design creates meaningful differentiation.

  • Build Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to align product priorities with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Support Reliable Product Launches: Ensure launches include appropriate analytics instrumentation, stakeholder enablement, operational readiness, and clear handoffs to support teams.

  • Clarify Platform Ownership: Coordinate with the Director of Product, Business Platform, maintaining clear responsibility for homeowner- and partner-facing experiences while aligning with the underlying workflows and records infrastructure.

  • Measure Product Success: Define and track key performance indicators, including funnel conversion, homeowner satisfaction, partner adoption, submission quality, and time to funding, using insights to guide continuous improvement.

  • Support Organizational Growth: Partner with People Operations on hiring plans, team structure, and organizational design as product scope and business needs evolve.
