This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement leader to shape and optimize company-wide sourcing strategies within a fast-growing financial technology environment. You will lead end-to-end procurement operations, from supplier selection and contract negotiations to vendor lifecycle management and risk assessment. Working closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Information Security, and business leaders, you will drive cost efficiency and strengthen supplier relationships. You will develop strategic category plans, optimize purchasing workflows, and implement data-driven processes that improve operational performance. The role offers significant influence over commercial decisions, third-party risk management, and long-term procurement strategy. You will also mentor a team member while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This remote-first position is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a measurable business impact.

  • Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end third-party management program, including procurement planning, intake, supplier evaluation, contracting, renewals, and lifecycle management.

  • Develop and execute category strategies across technology, marketing, product, operations, data, identity verification, customer support, professional services, and corporate functions.

  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, structure contracts, and manage renewals to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and appropriate service-level agreements.

  • Own company-wide procurement intake workflows and supporting automation, ensuring that IT, Information Security, Compliance, Legal, and Finance stakeholders are involved early in the purchasing process.

  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, including spend segmentation, requests for proposals (RFPs), market analysis, vendor consolidation, benchmarking, and multiyear category planning.

  • Strengthen third-party risk management frameworks by assessing suppliers against commercial, operational, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements, supporting expectations associated with SEC, FINRA, and banking partners.

  • Develop spend analytics, cost models, executive reports, and procurement forecasts to identify savings opportunities, reduce total cost of ownership, and improve financial planning.

  • Establish clear procurement policies, procedures, responsibilities, and performance indicators to enhance accountability, operational reliability, and compliance.

  • Partner with technical teams to translate requirements related to architecture, integrations, security, uptime, incident response, and service levels into effective commercial agreements.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team member through regular feedback, performance management, and professional development, aligning team execution with broader organizational objectives.
