Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Care Agent for a consultancy mission at a client site. As a consultant, you will be the visible and trusted point of contact for employees, helping them with technical issues and enhancing their day-to-day work experience.

Responsibilities

→Be the go-to IT contact for colleagues across the organisation.
→Provide support for PCs, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, and meeting room technologies.
→Assist colleagues both remotely and on-site, directly on the office floor.
→Prepare and set up IT equipment for new joiners and support their onboarding experience.
→Manage incidents and service requests while ensuring a high-quality user experience.
→Work closely with Infrastructure and other IT teams to resolve issues and improve services.
→Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and continuously learning. You should have:

A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of previous experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
Comfort with Windows, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, ITIL (or eagerness to learn).
Fluency in Dutch, with a very good command of French and English.
A customer-oriented approach, with a talent for explaining technical concepts clearly.
Proactivity, solution-driven mindset, and comfort in a collaborative environment.
