Maintenance Manager

Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Lead Operator to join our team in Monroe, LA. The Maintenance Manager leads the facility preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance program and owns the CMMS, asset register, warranty, and critical-spares program. Sustains equipment availability across the wellfield, reverse osmosis trains, pumping, chemical, and supporting systems in support of the 99.9 percent uptime requirement.
