Minimum 2 years of experience in data center engineering or infrastructure team lead roles.
Advanced Linux/virtualization expertise and strong troubleshooting across compute/storage/network.
Automation with Terraform/Ansible and scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
Proven incident management, DR/BCP execution, and stakeholder communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.
Eligibility for Reliability Clearance.

Eligible for Top Secret Security Clearance or currently holds Top Secret Security Clearance status.
Hybrid Kubernetes operations experience.
Vendor certifications across cloud/server/storage/virtualization.
Bilingual (English/French).
