Property Assistant II

• →Daily Property Operations & Inspections
  • →Site Patrolling: Conduct regular inspections of common areas in residential buildings, shopping malls, or Grade-A offices to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • →Contractor Supervision: Monitor the performance and progress of outsourced service providers, including security, cleaning, landscaping, and technical maintenance teams.
  • →Incident Handling: Assist property officers in handling emergency incidents (e.g., power outages, water leakage, or fire alarm triggering) and report issues promptly.
• →Customer Service & Tenant Relations
  • →Frontline Support: Handle inquiries, building access control, and feedback from residents, tenants, and visitors at the management office or concierge desk.
  • →Complaint Resolution: Log building maintenance requests, coordinate with the technical team for repairs, and follow up with residents on the progress.
  • →Clubhouse & Event Support: For residential roles, assist in managing clubhouse facility bookings, organizing seasonal estate events, and updating promotional notices.

• →Standard Requirements

• →Experience: Fresh graduates or career changers from customer service, retail, and hospitality backgrounds are highly welcome. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Property Assistant role.
• →Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese/English word processing.
• →Languages: Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
• →Certifications: Holding a Security Personnel Permit (SPP) and a QAS Security Training Certificate is required by many major employers, as the role often involves supervising onsite security operations.
