About the Role
~1 min read- Participate in weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders that demonstrate quantifiable progress in filling roles
- Conduct ~5 technical candidate interviews each day
- Strategically source 50-100+ candidates per week with the goal of achieving a 20%+ response rate
- Utilize resources at your disposal such as: job ads, sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to build a pipeline of amazing talent
What We Offer
~1 min read✓Competitive hourly wage (~$60/hour with flexibility based on exp) as a 1099 contractor
✓Ability to work hybrid from our NYC or Chicago office and at home
✓Contract length will be 3 months to start with potential to be extended
