Quick Summary
Who We Are Looking For This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment and enjoys being hands-on with their team to solve problems and find better ways of working.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment and enjoys being hands-on with their team to solve problems and find better ways of working. As a corporate shared service supporting office locations across seven states, dozens of hosted and on-premise software offerings, and three major business lines, no two days look the same. You'll need to forecast and prepare for shifting volumes and cadences of work so that unexpected demands don't derail the team's plans, and you'll build the operating model, structure, and prioritization that lets IT support the business sustainably.
We're a small organization with big aspirations, and this role leads a small, geographically distributed team spread across multiple office locations and remote team members. You'll need to be comfortable leading and building culture across a distributed team. Having recently moved our hosting services to Azure, we're now accelerating tooling and automation to transform IT and Customer Support operations. Bringing an innovation and continuous improvement mindset to daily work, in service of greater scalability, security, and sustainability, is key to succeeding in this role. An even-keeled temperament, with the ability to prioritize objectively across competing planned and reactive demands without becoming reactive or scattered, is essential.
If you enjoy fast-paced days that are rarely the same, want a role that tests your soft skills as much as your technical skills, and want to see the direct results of your work quickly, we'd like to hear from you.
