We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Manager. You will join a team responsible for 60 units of senior housing in Burlington, VT. The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Under the direction of the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:

• →Leasing and recertifications. 
• →Budgets.
• →Financial reporting.
• →Rent collections.
• →Legal management.
• →Unit and common area inspections.
• →Vendor management. 
• →Collaborating with the maintenance team to complete apartment turnovers and work orders.
• →Managing resident relations.
• →Office management and supervision of staff.
