As a result, they are experiencing explosive growth year after year as they expand to serve their clients on a global level. As the Production Supervisor, you will oversee all additive manufacturing processes while coaching and directing the technicians on your team. You will manage all project timelines and ensure projects are finished and shipped to customers on time.

Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing).

CAD 3D modeling.

Oversee technicians, production scheduling and machine changeovers.

Manage all project timelines.

Guide and coach technicians.

Organize the shop floor activities and direct technicians.

Work within the ERP system.

Be hands-on and work with machines when needed.

Manage multiple shifts and communicate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Quality control of parts.

3-5 years of supervisory experience from CNC shops or similar manufacturing environments.

No degree is required, but an associate’s or bachelor’s degree would be preferred.
