Job Description:

Project Coordination Engineer (UAE National)

Abu Dhabi - UAE

Responsibilities

→Support coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
→Assist in reviewing drawings/models to identify clashes and issues.
→Prepare and update coordination drawings, logs, and reports.
→Attend coordination meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
→Support review of shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
→Coordinate with site teams to gather technical data and as-built information. Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in coordinating the construction of roads and infrastructure works and associated items.
→Coordinate with Parsons' design engineers for resolution of related issues.
→Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors.
→Coordinate with the contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources.
→Convene and chair special meetings with the service authorities, the contractor, subcontractors and other parties related to his work.
→Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
→Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Senior Resident Engineer and the project safety representatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
Fresh graduates with internship experience
Basic understanding of construction and engineering drawings.
Good English communication and organizational skills.
Driving license is required.
Computer Microsoft Software is required.
AI knowledge is a preferred.

Basic understanding of projects scheduling and contract milestones.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi service authorities and permitting.
Knowledge of site construction activities and engineering review.
Basic understanding of stakeholders interface and logistics.
