To be eligible for appointment candidates cannot have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor domestic violence crime as set forth in 18 U.S.C. & 992 (g) (8) and (9). Successful completion of background investigation.

The Traffic Guard positions will be responsible for directing vehicular traffic and pedestrians at assigned locations, ensuring vehicle and pedestrian safety during University of Louisville athletic events.

Responsibilities

Directs the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic at assigned locations.

Expedites traffic flow following athletic event to assist with vehicular and pedestrian departures.

Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic during emergencies.
→
Record license plate numbers of vehicles, disregarding traffic laws, and report infractions.
