At Williams, we’re powering a cleaner, more connected future, and that starts with you. Here, your work fuels communities, drives innovation, and helps deliver reliable energy the world depends on. Join a Fortune 500 team that invests in your growth, values your contributions, and challenges you to make a lasting impact every day.

As a Construction Manager / Construction Analyst, you’ll be in the field, working onsite with the construction management and inspection teams and acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience. This role is critical in the planning, coordination and execution of power generation projects, and safety is the highest priority. In addition to supporting construction activities, you'll serve as the Construction Management Team's lead resource for construction data, analytics, and digital delivery. You'll develop and maintain estimating tools, earned value management processes, KPI dashboards, and reporting solutions that provide project teams and leadership with actionable insights to make better decisions faster. Working closely with Construction and Project Managers, Project Development, Project Controls, and other stakeholders, you'll drive consistency in project reporting, improve visibility into cost and schedule performance, and support data-driven decision making across the project lifecycle. You'll also evaluate and implement emerging construction technologies, helping modernize field execution, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance overall project performance.
