• →Ability to influence and challenge as required
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present information, including English language proficiency
• →Understanding of the financial aspects of projects from Study Award to Project Close Out
• →Familiar with revenue recognition on a percent complete basis
• →Creating financial presentations and effectively communicating them to non-financial coworkers and clients
• →Take responsibility for self-learning
• →Preferred work experience in business or finance

• Bachelor’s degree or 4-year equivalent degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
