What You'll Do

Our Advanced Estheticians do more than perform facials. They help guests achieve visible results through customized treatment plans and exceptional care.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering award winning facial and advanced skincare services
Performing treatments such as HydraFacial, Dermaplaning, Glo2Facial, microdermabrasion, advanced exfoliation, body treatments, and other technology driven services.
Interest and ability to grow into med spa level services.
Conducting thorough consultations and creating personalized treatment recommendations
Educating guests on professional skincare products and home care regimens
Building strong client relationships that drive retention and results
Maintaining treatment room standards consistent with a luxury spa environment
Representing the Woodhouse Spa brand with professionalism and excellence

Qualifications

Current Minnesota Advanced Practice Esthetician License required
2+ years of advanced esthetics, medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or corrective skincare experience preferred
Strong consultation, retail, and guest relationship building skills
Passion for continuing education and professional development
Team oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Availability to work a combination of evenings, weekends, and peak guest demand periods
