As a Social Media Specialist, you will be playing a critical role in shaping, planning, and optimizing content strategies across multiple brands. Beyond execution, you will bring a strong strategic mindset, owning the content ecosystem end-to-end: from ideation and planning to performance analysis and optimization. You will proactively challenge briefs, propose improvements, and ensure that all content aligns with both brand positioning and social-first best practices.

You will also be responsible for coordinating workflows, managing creators, and ensuring excellence in execution, acting as a bridge between strategy, creativity, and production.

  Multi-task and manage the day-to-day operations for multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing requests effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  Oversee content calendar management, including content volume, strategic planning, scheduling, and seamless publication workflow across all platforms.

  Extract performance metrics, conduct in-depth data analysis, and translate complex insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading meetings, delivering presentations, and fostering strong long-term relationships.

  Monitor digital channels and execute proactive social listening to identify emerging industry trends, audience sentiment, and viral moments (critical performance area).

  Partner closely with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, and Account Management) to ensure cohesive campaign execution and client satisfaction.

• Hands-on experience in social media management, digital strategy, or agency account management.

• Proven track record of managing diverse brand portfolios, with strong preference given to experience within the FMCG / CPG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

• Strong practical expertise with industry tools such as Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Looker Studio, or equivalent social management and BI tools.

• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for professional client and team communications.
