Collections Quality Assurance Specialist

This role will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers. We’ve grown extensively over the last 12 months and we don't look to be stopping any time soon. We have big plans for Egypt and growing the team. Our Collections team will be responsible for informing customers of their overdue bills and attempting to collect payment to mitigate company losses.

As an ideal candidate for the Collections quality assurance job, you are the driving force behind exceptional customer experience across all customer segments. Your responsibility is to ensure compliance with company quality standards on all contact channels while monitoring key performance metrics to improve call quality.
