• First impressions count: You keep everything tidy at all times in all areas
• We are looking for experts in electrical systems, refrigeration, and/or heating, ventilation, and plumbing
• Maintaining the hotel’s technical systems in collaboration with the engineering and housekeeping teams
• Fulfilling all technical guest requests
• Repair and maintenance of our guest rooms
• Checking technical safety in our hotel hallways and public areas
• Performing all building maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, and tiling
• You enjoy working closely with other departments and your immediate colleagues
• Assisting with day-to-day repair tasks
• Compliance with all safety regulations, as well as corporate and hotel policies, is just as natural to you as an exceptionally guest-oriented demeanor
• You are part of the technical team and report directly to the Director of Engineering

• You have completed vocational training in a skilled trade (electronics technician, painter, or a comparable profession)
• You have professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel
• You enjoy working as part of a team and are eager to share your knowledge and enthusiasm for the profession
• You have good communication skills in German, and ideally in English as well (spoken and written)
• You have a positive demeanor when interacting with people
• You have a strong sense of safety and responsibility when handling materials
