We are a leading plastics manufacturing company with an emphasis on strategic engineering and innovation. We use the latest processes and software to elevate the way we manufacture parts, all the while forming strong relationships with customers and each other.

Our people are our number-one priority, and we are committed to helping you reach your personal and career goals through continuous learning and development opportunities, competitive compensation and benefits, and an enhanced work-life balance.

The Manufacturing Systems Specialist ensures enterprise and manufacturing applications consistently support production and business needs, with primary ownership of the DELMIAWorks/IQMS ERP environment, EDI flow, application security, and integrations. You will partner with IT and plant teams to keep systems stable, secure, and well-aligned to day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include administering, configuring, and troubleshooting DELMIAWorks/IQMS and related applications; monitoring and supporting EDI transactions (mapping, testing, issue resolution); managing ERP users, roles, permissions, and access controls; supporting audits, compliance, and change control; driving root-cause analysis on system/integration issues; coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders; delivering end-user support and training; maintaining system documentation; and contributing to upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement.

Required:
- 3–5 years of end-to-end manufacturing experience
- 1–3 years with ERP, enterprise applications, or manufacturing technology

Apply to help keep our manufacturing systems reliable and continuously improving.

On a typical Monday–Friday onsite day in DeForest, you’ll start by reviewing overnight system health and checking for any stalled EDI activity or unusual application behavior. You’ll spend focused time investigating user-reported issues, validating fixes in coordination with IT, and communicating clear status updates to manufacturing and business partners. As requests come in, you’ll document configuration changes and keep records current so processes remain auditable and repeatable. You may join brief working sessions with cross-functional teams to align priorities, confirm upcoming system changes, and ensure production-impacting updates are planned and controlled. Throughout the day, you’ll balance quick-turn support with longer-term system reliability work.
